AD Ganesh has 28 years of local and international experience in financial services across India, Africa, UAE, Middle East and Europe, principally with Standard Chartered Bank. He has built and led large P&L businesses, identifying new growth opportunities and a strategic vision for a sustainable business model.
International assignments have allowed Ganesh to manage and mentor large teams across Africa, UAE, Middle East and Europe. His diverse experience across geographies, client segments and products enable him to have a holistic understanding of the financial ecosystem and future trends. This experience allows him to bring value to organisations through consulting them on business strategy, helping them with financial advisory, investor network, partnership growth, governance and risk management. Ganesh is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary in addition to Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.

Preba Moodley is the Founding and Managing Director of Sekila International Trade, based in Dubai. Sekila’s structured trade and commodity finance team provides structures, arranges and implements trade finance solutions working with banks and financial institutions in Africa, Europe and Middle East. Preba has significant banking experience with focus on credit, corporate banking and treasury having commenced his banking career with the New Republic Bank in South Africa before joining FirstRand Bank. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Durban, after completing his Honours at the University of South Africa.

Uday Bhasin is a senior partner at Tradeways which is an Emerging Markets focused strategic advisory and corporate finance business. Uday specializes in advising corporates and families on strategic matters as well as on bridging investment flows between Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa. During his career, Uday worked in the UK, Middle East, Africa & India and held multiple advisory roles in various organizations including PwC, Dubai Group and Sharjah Holding (a Majid Al Futtaim company), where he managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio consisting of over 100 listed and unlisted assets. Uday is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a Corporate Finance Qualification from the same institute.

Rajiv Hira is the Managing Partner at RHMC Management Consultants, which is a boutique consulting firm focused on accounting and tax advisory. Rajiv is a high caliber strategic, tax and finance professional with an experience of leading roles in private and multinational financial institutions for over 20 years. His focus areas are around risk (financial crime); taxation & VAT advisory; and management consulting. He's actively working in UAE with multiple organizations on indirect tax implementation and has contributed in development of resources with professionals, training institutes & corporates through structured training, seminars and articles. Rajiv is also a practicing Chartered Accountant.
